Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support customer service, stocking, and sanitation. You will engage with customers, maintain product quality, and help with pricing and merchandising while upholding WFM standards.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, strong communication, and a commitment to health and safety. Training and onboarding are provided to ensure excellent store performance.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and safety awareness.
• Shows understanding of health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders.
• Monitors product quality and freshness; rotates stock.
• Follows cash handling procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary work area.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and reports hazards.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Addresses customer needs promptly and professionally.
