Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning.
• Safely operate equipment used in the cleaning process (rack washer, power washer, steamer, washer extractors and dryers).
• Follow SSOP and Food Quality Plans.
