Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, front-facing, and rotate/removing out-of-date products.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and displays.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Assist sampling program; keep samples full, clean, appealing.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work/shopping areas and equipment.
• Perform opening/mid/closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
