Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a motivated Team Member to support the Bakery team with receiving, preparing, stocking, and selling product in line with WFM standards. You will help break down deliveries and maintain displays while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers and teammates on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes quick front-facing, stock control, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, front-faced, and properly labeled.
• Assist with sampling program and inventory checks.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment; follow health and safety rules.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
