Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis to operate sit-down and stand-up double-reach forklifts, pick and load pallets, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a USDA/GMP-compliant environment.

You will handle inventory transfers, document stock counts, and support production and shipping schedules. This role requires flexibility for overtime, standing, and repetitive tasks within a cold-refrigerated warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up double-reach forklifts.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a food processing or packaging environment.
• Experience in USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move pallets in the refrigerated warehouse.
• Load and unload pallets from trucks and transfer inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures in all areas.
• Record temperatures and monitor inventory data for accuracy.
• Push waste carts to dumpster area and manage waste removal.
• Overtime may be required to meet production and shipping schedules.
