Job summary

Conagra Brands in Indianapolis is seeking a warehouse associate to operate sit-down and stand-up double-reach forklifts in a refrigerated facility. The role offers a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift with an hourly rate of $22.52 plus a $0.50 shift differential.

You will load/unload pallets, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and quality in a GMP/USDA environment while maintaining clean work areas. A HS diploma is required and overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience in food processing or packaging environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up double-reach forklifts and sit-down forklifts to move products in refrigerated warehouse.
• Load/unload trucks and relocate pallets on the floor.
• Record inventory data and monitor conveyor systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas; report issues to supervisor.
• Overtime may be required to meet production and shipping schedules.
