Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a Night Shift Dry Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Lebanon, Indiana. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and utilizing raw materials with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading trucks, labeling materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate cycle counting while working a 10pm-8am schedule Tue-Fri. SAP and RF Scanner proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s work experience. Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work assigned hours, including overtime.
• Computer proficiency with SAP and RF Scanner.
• Good verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must work closely with others in a team atmosphere.
• Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management (cycle counting, materials management, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet changing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced shipping environment.
• Understanding of sanitation, food handling, and food safety practices in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have prior experience and be certified on Standup Lift, and Sit-down lift.
• Be able to operate a battery changer and adhering to the PPE processes while working around batteries.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production needs
• Maintain and monitor Minors bins/Schick system
• Be responsible for all bulk ingredient hook ups and sign offs
• Unload / load trucks of ingredients
• Label and put away ingredients
• Maintain a fast work pace
• Computer/ Microsoft Excel understanding
• Cycle counting and inventory monitoring
