Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality compliance.
• QA/QC experience; at least 1 year in the field (food industry a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform inline quality checks on products.
• Verify cleaning and sanitization results.
• Complete environmental swabbing and recordkeeping.
• Run physical tests on finished goods; pull shelf-life samples.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
• Take on other assignments as needed across the day.
