Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC seeks a Bakery Manager for our Santa Ana, CA bakery, leading Production and Training in a 24/7 manufacturing environment to ensure safe, high-quality products. You will drive schedules, resources, and continuous improvement to meet customer and company targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/production/warehouse.
• Experience leading employees in a fast-paced operation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and training to ensure safe, high-quality outputs meeting requirements.
• Optimize schedules, labor, ingredients, and resources to meet demand and cut costs.
• Drive food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety with QA and bakery functions.
• Resolve operational, quality, customer, and safety issues via investigation and corrective actions.
• Develop supervisors and production staff through coaching, training, and recognition.
• Collaborate across bakery functions to support audits and improvement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and manage change on projects.
