99 Ranch Market in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead daily bakery operations, ensure product quality, and drive sales through strong customer service.

The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience, ability to lift 25+ lbs, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and willingness to travel between stores for training as needed. Authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in related fields (1 year of management/supervisor experience required).
• Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays, with possible travel between stores.
• Authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English, Chinese and Spanish are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bakery department's daily operation and meet company standards.
• Work with store management to design store promotions and meet sales targets.
• Maintain product display, ensure freshness, and keep shelves fully stocked.
• Order products based on on-hand inventory, promotion events, and delivery schedule.
• Receive poultry shipments and examine quantity and quality.
• Control inventory movement (FIFO) and direct physical inventory counts.
• Familiar with local vendors and popular local products.
• Provide schedules to department employees and manage attendance.
• Coach and mentor staff; support performance reviews.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace and perform other duties as needed.
