The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. Salary ranges from $95K to $120K with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading employees and production activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production and Training operations to ensure the continuous flow of safe, high-quality products that meet customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize production schedules, labor, ingredients, and resources to meet demand while maximizing operational and cost efficiency.
• Drive food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance in partnership with QA and other bakery functions.
• Resolve operational, quality, customer, and safety issues through investigation and corrective actions.
• Develop supervisors and production team members through coaching and training.
