Job summary

Buehler is seeking a Full-time hourly Production Clerk for the Bakery Department's Manufacturing Section. You will assist Production Bakers with preparing merchandise for sale and handle tasks from receiving to packing baked goods. The role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Responsibilities include scaling, mixing, frying, wrapping and slicing, with duties expanding to other related baking functions as needed to support daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Scratch bakery production experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be available to work 35+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Bakers in preparation of bakery merchandise.
• Receive, ship, scale, mix, fry, finish, wrap, pack and slice baked goods.
• Perform general or specialized baking functions as required.
