Job summary

Fireman Derek's is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join its Food Production team in a full-time capacity. You will help prepare, bake, mix, and package products while keeping the production area clean and organized.

This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a pay range of $16–$18 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates are team players with attention to detail, who can follow recipes, operate mixing and portioning equipment, and maintain

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, bakery, or food production experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mixing and portioning equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
• Mix and prepare products by following established recipes and procedures.
• Operate and monitor mixing and portioning equipment.
• Safely load and unload ovens while keeping production moving efficiently.
• Package finished products according to company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work closely with your teammates to meet daily production goals.
