Job summary

Wadsworth Buehler's Fresh Foods is seeking a Full-time hourly Bakery Production Clerk in the Bakery Department's Manufacturing Section. The role involves assisting Production Bakers with prep and production tasks such as receiving, shipping, scaling, mixing, frying, finishing, wrapping, packing and slicing to prepare merchandise for sale.

Availability is 35+ hours per week including evenings and weekends. Scratch bakery production experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with scratch bakery production requirements and equipment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Bakers in baking prep and production tasks including receiving, shipping, scaling, mixing, frying, finishing, wrapping, packing and slicing.
• Perform other general or specialized bakery functions as assigned to support the department.
