Bimbo Bakeries USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee shift operations, ensure product quality, safety and on-time shipping, and uphold world-class manufacturing standards.

You will coach associates, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to meet throughput goals and improve KPIs while maintaining a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of production experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; KRONOS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the shift to meet quality, safety and efficiency standards.
• Coach and engage associates to improve performance and accountability.
• Plan shift priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver on KPIs for throughput, shipping on-time, and cost.
