You will coach and engage associates, align with cross-functional partners, and lead the shift to meet production schedules while controlling waste and downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years of experience in production in a food manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office; KRONOS knowledge a plus.
