Talent With Heart is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in an on-site role. The positions cover first, second, and third shifts, leading a team of about 15–25 employees to deliver safe, high‑quality products while meeting production goals.

This hands-on leadership opportunity offers room for growth within an established supervisory team, with comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $76,000–$86,000 plus a 5% bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing, bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and hold teams accountable.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; set clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance; address downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
