Legacy Bakehouse seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production at our Waukesha and Cudahy bakeries. This hands-on leadership role guides teams, keeps operations running smoothly, and ensures products meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication, and a focus on safety and sanitation. Flexibility to work various shifts is important in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing.
• People-first approach with good communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees during shifts.
• Keep the bakery safe, clean, and compliant with food safety rules.
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining product quality and food safety.
• Work side-by-side with team members to solve problems as they come up.
• Help train, motivate, and grow team members for long-term success.
• Promoting continuous improvement throughout our facilities.
