Legacy Bakehouse in Cudahy, WI is seeking dedicated Bakery Operators to join our production team on all shifts. You will set up, operate, and monitor the pita and continuous mixing lines, ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.

You will perform routine equipment inspections, record production data and lot numbers for traceability, and adjust settings to maintain target production. Applicants should have prior food manufacturing experience, be fluent in English, possess basic

• Experience in food manufacturing; QA or food safety experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor pita and continuous mixing lines.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues.
• Conduct product testing according to specifications.
• Record production data and lot numbers for traceability.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet production targets.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements and cleaning matrix.
• Complete line changeovers efficiently.
