Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Bakery Team Member to support preparation, counter service, and stocking of product in our Marlboro, NJ store. You will help bake breads, pastries, and decorate cakes while ensuring friendly, efficient service for customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include following health and safety standards, operating in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with the bakery team to meet daily production goals and seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of artisan breads and pastries, including cake decorating.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, energy, and passion for baking.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Performs baking, cooling, wrapping, and labeling of products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques to ensure seasonal variance and high productivity.
• Trains production personnel to the highest standards in industry.
