Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a bakery team member to prepare, service, and stock breads and pastries. You will decorate and finish cakes and pies, stock products, and support daily store operations with friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include baking, production planning for events, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an energetic team in a fast-paced environment. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality breads and pastries.
• Bake, mix, cake, cookie, pie, and bar production.
• Wrap, label, and cool products.
• Stock dry goods.
• Develop recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance.
• Train production staff to high standards.
• Forecast production for events/holidays.
• Maintain Datapax production modules.
• Occasional opening, mid, and closing duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling.
• Maintains signs, pricing, and clean facilities.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
