Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and productivity.
• Trains production personnel to high standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events/holidays.
• Maintains production modules in the Datapax system.
• Adheres to required signing and pricing procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work/shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and reports hazards.
• Works required trainings and meetings; supports leadership.
