Job summary

Belgian Yum is seeking a Production Prep & Ingredient Coordinator to support daily production by preparing ingredients, organizing prep stations, and ensuring teams have what they need for efficient workflow. You will follow standardized procedures, monitor ingredient usage, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and collaborate with baking and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production ingredients: measure, organize, and stage for daily runs.
• Coordinate prep station operations to keep areas organized and production-ready.
• Support production workflow by ensuring materials are ready for baking and production teams.
• Maintain operational consistency by following standard procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor ingredient usage and communicate shortages or needs to the team.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in prep environments at all times.
