Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations: handling, sanitation, storage.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and supervises continuous production line.
• Rotates among duties including filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, stacking boxes.
• Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.
• Reports equipment issues to the supervisor or manager promptly.
• Adheres to safety procedures in daily operations.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following policies.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive demeanor.
• Follows Aramark and OSHA safety policies including proper food safety.
