Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations including proper handling, sanitation, and storage.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms; stand/walk for full shift.

Responsibilities

• Operates and supervises continuous production line.
• Rotates among duties including filler machine, wrapper, packing boxes, stacking boxes.
• Visually inspects product for quality and quantity.
• Reports equipment issues to supervisor or manager promptly.
• Follows safety procedures applicable to daily operations.
