Job summary

Legacy Bakehouse is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our production operations team. This entry-level role provides on-the-job training and exposure to baking, packaging, sanitation and material handling in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will rotate through tasks, maintain safety standards, assist with setup and cleanup of production lines, and help ensure product quality. The role requires standing for 8-12 hour shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; reliability

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided on the job.
• Ability to work in a warm to high-temperature manufacturing environment.
• Stand for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, operation, and cleanup of production lines and equipment.
• Support baking, mixing, portioning, and packaging operations as directed.
• Work in high-temperature areas; tolerate heat exposure.
• Rotate between production tasks and departments to meet demands.
• Follow GMPs and safety procedures; report issues to supervision.
