• Two years related bakery or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedules and assign time for shifts.
• Operate and monitor SCALER/DIVIDER, dough pump and related equipment.
• Load, operate and unload mixer's components; check weights and equipment standards.
• Perform start-up and shutdown sanitation and preventive maintenance.
