Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring a Production Operator to contribute to all phases of the production process, including operating automated equipment, diagnosing machinery issues, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

The role may involve rotating assignments across SCALER/DIVIDER, WRAPPING, PALLETIZING, and other lines to support product quality and compliance. Two years of bakery or production experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Responsabilités

• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• Operates and maintains equipment such as SCALER/DIVIDER and mixer as assigned.
• Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and preventive maintenance.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and follows safety policies.
• Ensures product quality and compliance with company policies.
