Job summary

Aramark is hiring for a Bakery Production Worker in Johnstown, CO. You will operate and support production equipment, package bakery products, inspect quality, and help keep lines running safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires standing for long periods, following food safety standards, and reliable attendance. Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred; English communication and safety focus are essential to join our bakery team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience around production equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated job stability.
• Basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines.
• Rotate between production tasks including filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards.
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during production runs.
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with production operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
