Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bakery Production Worker to join our Johnstown, Colorado bakery production team. You will operate and support production equipment, package bakery products, inspect quality, and help keep production lines running safely and efficiently.

This hands-on position requires standing for long periods, following food safety standards, effective English communication, and reliable attendance. Prior production or machine operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Experience around production equipment or industrial machinery
• Strong attendance record and job stability
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and work in a physically demanding environment
• Follow written and verbal safety instructions
• Must be eligible to obtain a food safety certification
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines
• Rotate between production tasks including filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during production runs
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with production operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
