Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time.
• When job assignment is SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Checks and maintains production schedule; Scales ingredients; Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s); Operates dough pump; Checks posted scaling weights and equipment standards; Adjusts dividers, rounder, proofer; Performs sanitation and maintenance; Ensures compliance with company policies.
