Responsibilities

• Prepares proofer by setting humidity and temperature level and proofing time.
• Sets up equipment to ensure pan and product flow.
• Checks proofed dough to ensure proper rising and makes adjustments.
• Monitors operation of proof box and oven and corrects malfunctions.
• Follows company policies including safety and work rules.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley).
• Supports scheduling, attendance and other operating rules.
