Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to contribute to all phases of the production process, operating automated equipment, diagnosing failures, assisting maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality.

Roles include SCALER/DIVIDER OPERATOR, WRAPPING OPERATOR, PALLETIZER, with potential rotation and a strong emphasis on a safe, clean environment. Two years of bakery or production experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Checks production schedule and verifies product running order.
• Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s).
• Operates dough pump and adjusts dividers.
• Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and preventative maintenance.
• Ensures work area is clean and organized.
• Ensures compliance with company policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety).
• Similar responsibilities apply for other operator roles.
