Qualifications

• Two years related bakery or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Check production work schedules and assignments.
• Operate SCALER/DIVIDER, mixer, dough pump and related equipment.
• Ensure proper loading, packaging, and stacking of product.
• Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to company policies (EEO, Harassment, Safety, etc.).
• Support other duties as directed by supervision.
