Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of production of bakery items.
• Develop bakery and pastry menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Lead and supervise production and stewarding staff.
• Maintain inventory and manage supply needs.
