Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking bakery team members to prepare and display bakery items. You will proofs and bake unfinished goods using ovens and other equipment, following the production chart and handling instructions to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities include unpacking bakery items from the freezer, setting out proper portions, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the bakery department. Join a team focused on service and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage instructions.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.
