Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a bakery team member to proof and bake unfinished bakery goods, following production chart guidance and safety standards. You will help display items, ensure freshness, and maintain accurate pricing and signage while delivering friendly service.

You will work as part of a team to support daily club operations, uphold quality and cleanliness, and assist with other duties as needed. Attendance and teamwork are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery or customer-service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Uses bakery production charts for production and display needs.
• Gathers products for the next business day and packages freshly baked goods.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food-safety and freshness guidelines.
• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments.
• Maintains club policies and cleanliness of equipment and surfaces.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is required.
