Responsibilities

• Direct activities of the team and communicate daily production schedule and expectations.
• Monitor processes for product standards and efficiency; assign duties and rotate lines.
• Train new hires and onboard team members.
• Assist across process areas and setup lines for product runs.
• Record finished product using hand-held scanner and complete paperwork.
• Communicate with supervisor and team; enforce GMP and safety procedures.
• Support team in line practices, duties, and confidentiality.
• Contribute to the Dawn Circle of Excellence and company philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
