Dawn Foods is seeking a Production Coordinator to drive daily team activities, manage the second-shift schedule, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance on the production floor. You will lead line teams, coordinate resources, and train new hires, using SAP to track production and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Verbal and written communication.
• Apply basic reasoning and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day activities of the team and production schedule.
• Monitor process, product standards, and efficiencies; assign duties and ensure line rotation.
• Train new hires, retrain, and onboard team members.
• Set up line for specific product runs, including packaging and line requirements.
• Complete paperwork and operate hand-held scanner to record finished product.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety policies; demonstrate safe work practices.
