Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Production Associate in Indiana for the bakery production team. The role focuses on safely operating machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving materials to produce high-quality baked goods.

You will monitor quality, reject out-of-spec items, and uphold GMPs while completing required trainings. Qualifications include being 18+, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work night/weekend shifts in a warm environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry/move pans or ingredient containers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm environment.
• Willingness to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-powered bakery machinery and package products.
• Mix ingredients and move/stack materials used in production of baked goods.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications; monitor for waste.
• Maintain GMPs, food safety and high quality standards; complete required trainings.
