Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered bakery machinery safely and consistently.
• Package products, mix ingredients, and move materials or equipment used in production.
• Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications; observe, maintain, and address issues to prevent waste.
• Participate in required trainings and audits.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety and quality standards.
