ManpowerGroup is hiring a Bakery Production Associate in Ashland, OH. This entry-level role supports daily manufacturing operations with rotating positions to ensure efficient workflow, quality products, and safe plant operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, removing defects, and maintaining GMP and food safety standards. The team collaborates across shifts, with cross-training and opportunities for growth in a stable manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged items and store or dispose of them properly.
• Visually inspect packaging for accuracy, seal, and codes.
• Stack cartons onto pallets with correct patterns.
• Operate pallet jacks to move finished goods safely.
• Assist production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas per GMP.
• Follow JSAs, plant policies, and food safety procedures.
• Communicate with teammates and leadership for smooth shifts.
• Participate in cross-training across production areas.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
