ManpowerGroup is seeking a Bakery Production Associate in Ashland, OH. This entry-level role supports daily manufacturing operations with rotating production positions to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality products, and food safety compliance.

The team works across shifts to meet production goals while maintaining rigorous safety standards. The role emphasizes training, cross-skilling, and a collaborative, team-based environment with opportunities for growth in a stable manufacturing

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove damaged or defective products and store or dispose of them properly.
• Perform visual checks of packaging for accuracy and code/date compliance.
• Stack cartons or trays onto pallets using proper patterns.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move finished goods.
• Assist operators and other production staff to maintain line efficiency.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas per GMP and housekeeping standards.
• Follow JSAs and plant policies, and food safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership for smooth shift transitions.
• Participate in cross-training to support flexibility across areas.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or productivity issues for continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
