Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Production Associate for our facilities in California. This entry-level role focuses on safely producing high-quality baked goods. You will operate high-powered machinery, package products, mix ingredients, and move materials on a production line.

Applicants must be 18+, have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience (food manufacturing a plus), and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Shifts include 2nd (2pm–2am) and 3rd (2am–2pm); the environment is warm and fast-paced.

• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Comfortable in a warm working environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-powered machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package products and move/stack materials and equipment used in production.
• Mix ingredients as required and ensure proper blending.
• Inspect products and reject those not meeting specifications.
