• Maintain records of customer orders and take cake orders.
• Provide quality customer service and assist customers with bakery needs.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored separately and stocked.
• Monitor and maintain correct cooler and freezer temperatures.
• Rotate merchandise according to labels and plan-o-grams.
