Job summary

Snowbasin Resort in Utah is seeking a Pastry Cook to join the on-site Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced bakery. You will prep, bake, and maintain bakery operations under the Pastry Chef, following recipes and station guides.

You must maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a kitchen environment with varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to move, lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; indoor/outdoor environments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Utah Food Handler's Permit.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Pastry Chef to meet daily bakery needs.
• Prep, bake, and operate kitchen equipment in a working bakery.
• Follow recipes, station guides, and prep lists; maintain sanitation.
• Adhere to health codes and safety procedures.
