The role emphasizes bakery preparation and dessert decoration, with responsibilities including maintaining a clean workspace, following recipes, and ensuring food safety standards while delivering quality items to students and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge with emphasis on bakery preparation both scratch and convenience.
• Uses pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating for menu and events.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace with proper labeling and rotation of products.
• Delivers quality menu items per company recipes and presentation standards.
• Tastes items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Completes production records accurately.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
• Displays a customer-first attitude.
