Responsabilités

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge and technique with emphasis on bakery preparation both scratch and convenience.
• Ability to use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating to support menu and events.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product to standards.
• Provides quality menu items and food products through recipe and presentation standards.
• Tastes food items to ensure they meet standards.
• Accurately completes production records.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude.
