Aspire Bakeries in Hazleton, PA is seeking a General Labor, Bakery – Packing - 2nd Shift (Grandi Paddler/Inspector) to ensure frozen bakery products are aligned and inspected before entering the vision system.

You will inspect, align, monitor quality, support equipment, and maintain GMP and safety standards; shift 2nd, 2:45 p.m.–11:00 p.m.; weekend and overtime required. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and timekeeping skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and align frozen bakery products for efficient processing.
• Monitor quality and remove defective items from production.
• Support equipment performance by communicating concerns.
• Maintain GMP, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
• Collaborate with teams to meet safety and production goals.
