Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Packer at our Van Nuys, CA bakery to support daily packing operations and ensure bread quality while maintaining an efficient workflow. The role works the 1st shift, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekend availability required, and involves assembling cases, labeling, and following GMPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of manufacturing or food production experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fast-paced production environment experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure packed products meet quality and specifications.
• Assemble cases with liners, bags, labels, and codes.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment.
• Identify and escalate quality or equipment issues.
• Palletize finished cases and label pallets.
